* INSTRUCTIONS *

PHR-OnLine was established in January 2011 as a service to the public who are constantly asking for faster and easier service, particularly regards payment when seeking to obtain PHR products such as souvenirs, philatelic & numismatic items etc.

This new service of the Principality is available to take orders for all sales items offered by various departments of the Principality via email, be they Government or non-Government departments without additional cost. It also enables everyone to be sure that they are genuinely dealing with the Principality of Hutt River directly and not through any middle-men or more importantly through any charlatans that like to operate out there on the internet.

PHR-OnLine will happily receive orders by E-Mail (happy to e-mail answers to questions and offer advice etc) as well as receive and confirm payment via direct deposit to the PHR-OnLine account, (payment by direct deposit being the preferred, fastest and easiest to manage method from Australia), or a PHR PAYPAL INVOICE (Paypal being the cheapest and easiest method for overseas payments)

Despatch will be via PHR Post. It should be noted that we do not have facilities for pre-paid satchels etc. but only operate with standard style postal mail such as envelopes and parcels. PHR post generally ships out of the Principality twice a week and is carried by other relevant postal services to the required delivery destination, PHR Post operates inside the principality only so cannot be held responsible for delivery times once items have left the Principality.

PHR-OnLine also operates a sales account with eBay and offers a limited number of the Principality products for sale via this popular medium. Only a limited number of items are offered in this way, the latest release items such as new stamp/coin releases will be listed, whilst everything is available when dealing direct with PHR-OnLine.
With regards eBay, it must be understood that we follow eBay guidelines as far as our eBay selling account is concerned and that means that only what is listed on eBay will be handled as an eBay transaction, we cannot add items that are not listed. So if you want other items not listed on eBay then you should contact us and deal direct with PHR-OnLine.

Specials are made available from time to time that are only available via on-line sales methods and any such specials will be listed on EBay and on a "Specials" page in this section of our website so that they are available whichever method you choose to use for purchasing.

It should be noted that only sales items are available via PHR-OnLine, no Government matters such as licensing or Overseas Citizenship applications etc can be carried out as all must have original paperwork received in PHR, so therefore all Government business must be conducted by postal mail.
What we have agreed to, is to provide the service for receiving payment of Government Fee's via our Paypal facilities. To pay government fee's via Paypal the agency will request us to issue the invoice and this office will then email a detailed Paypal invoice to you in order for you to make payment, this office will email the government department to confirm payment received.
If clients co-operate, we are sure that this service will assist speed Government services up as well as to reduce payment costs, particularly large bank fee's charged to sender and receiver when paying from overseas, these charges are the responsibility of the client.
