09.30am......OFFICIAL OPENING of the 40th Anniversary Celebration Weekend with a FLAG RAISING
           by HRH Prince Leonard at the Secession Monument which will include the playing of the PHR
           National Anthem and the sound of the Pipes & Drums of the Batavia Coast Pipes & Drum.

Royal Enfield Motorcycles of the Royal Enfield Club of Australia Inc. (HRH Prince Leonard Patron) on display all weekend along with other Vintage and Veteran machines. Speak with the owners and view some impressive machines.

Listen to the bell and voice of the Principality's very own Award winning Town Crier the Hon. Maggie Harding as she calls out and directs you to the happenings and events throughout the weekend.

Batavia Coast Pipes & Drums will be performing during the day.
 

bulletFood and drinks stalls will provide plenty of food all day from breakfast through to the evening, including items such as Pies, Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Hot Chips, Hamburgers, Steak Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches and Bread Rolls, Cool drinks, tea & coffee, ice creams, packets of chips and a heap more!

Enjoy the sight and sounds of the Geraldton City Band who will be performing during the day,
both marching and in outdoor concert.

12.00pm......PHR Royal College Of Heraldry VIP & Invitation Luncheon honouring the Royal College.
           To be attended by all recipients of Principality Awards, Representatives of the Principality and
           those about to receive Awards during the Investiture to follow and a few select VIP's.
           Presentations will be made during the Luncheon and the Royal College of Heraldry and it's Earl
           Marshal will be represented by Mr Jeffrey S. Poole, Genealogical and Heraldic Counsellor to the
           Earl Marshal.
             Lunch to consist of a cold meat platter and various Salads with bread and bread rolls etc as well as
          refreshments followed by tea & Coffee. There may well be a few seats available for members of
           the
public to join in this Luncheon. Bookings should be made prior to the event where possible and
           any
available seats on this rare occasion, will be at a cost of only $20 per head.

1.45pm...... A rare opportunity to attend an Investiture to be held in the Chapel of Nain. An investiture see's the
          bestowal of Awards which also includes "dubbing" with the sword for the recipients of some levels of 
          Awards, from Knight/Dame up. A number of people will be travelling in to be part of the Investiture
          Ceremony that in fact received their Awards in earlier times but they wish to be formally bestowed
          at this rare opportunity. There is no charge to view this series of ceremonies which will be followed
          by a short period of photo opportunities for those involved.
An event not to be missed!

2.45pm........ Geraldton City Band in Concert.

 Musical Duo "Local Dose" will entertain with music and song from 6pm thru to 9.30pm. Enjoy the entertainment provided by this Northampton Duo comprised of Ms Joanne Loftus (Northampton Pharmacist) on Keyboard & lead vocals & Mr Gary Keefe (Northampton Shire CEO) on guitar & back-up vocals, performing a range of hits from the 60's thru to the 90's and with a few of today's hits thrown in. So join with us and listen to hits of The Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cold Chisel and covers of modern musicians such as Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Nirvana, just to name a few, with a bit of country every now and then.

4.00pm........ Geraldton City Band in Concert.

6.00pm.......The Royal Family Dinner. The Royal Family hold a sit down hot buffet dinner Saturday evening for
          Members of the extended Royal Family and specially invited guests. Not a pompous dinner, but
          rather more of a relaxed occasion where all can relax and enjoy the company. Dinner will consist of a
          range in choices of hot options such as casseroles and a variety of vegetables etc and followed by a
          choice of sweets plus other items as the final menu comes together. As well as the family, some select
          VIP's will also be seated. It is anticipated that there may be a few seats available for members of the
          public to also attend though that will be on a first booked first in basis. Tickets to this evening
          dinner will be made available at a cost of
$25 per head. As with all of the 3 meals bookings are
          strongly advised if members of  the public wish to attend any of these very rare VIP functions.

09.30am..... Guided tour to the: Biblical Gateway.
           Join in for this 3 Km round trip on foot to Mt Secession and pass through the Biblical Gateway,
           symbolic of re-birth to those of the Christian Faith and a point of interest and history to all who
           visit. For those who wish to be part of this guided tour, the cost is $5.oo and includes the receiving
           of a special personalised certificate signed by HRH Prince Leonard commemorating having visited
           the monument during the 40th Anniversary Celebration Weekend.

12.00pm..... By Royal invitation. A sit-down cold buffet luncheon in honour of the: Royal Enfield Club 
          
of Australia Inc. for RECOA Members, VIP's & invited guests. Lunch to consist of a cold meat
           platter and various Salads with bread and bread rolls etc as well as refreshments followed by tea &
           Coffee. There may well be a few seats available for members of the
public to join in this Luncheon.
           Bookings should be made prior to the event where possible and any available seats on this rare
           occasion, will be at a cost of only
$20 per head.

6.30pm....... Something rather special to end the weekend celebration on is a BBQ and dance with live music,
           music provided by John & Ann Gall, put on and open for all to attend. Apart from the normal
           foods found at a BBQ including a range of salads and bread etc etc experience a taste that few get
           to have, fresh roast pork cooked fresh on a spit and carved straight onto your plate. A dance floor
           has been erected for those who wish to dance their way into the night and just as an extra thought,
           HRH Prince Leonard has decided to mark this event with the offering of a trophy to those voted by
           a chosen group of people as judges, the best male and the best female dancer. Now it may not
           necessarily be the best technically but maybe the one deemed to have had the most input or energy
           but the ones voted winners will receive the 40th Anniversary dance trophy. Additional
           entertainment is being sought for this evenings entertainment and as acts are secured and
           confirmed they will be announced on this page.
 
          Bookings should be made prior to this event where possible and on this rare & memorable occasion
           the charge will be only
$10 per head all inclusive of food & entertainment though BYO drinks.

Bookings are ESSENTIAL for attending the Celebration Dining with us as numbers will be limited so make sure you book with us.

 Camping/caravan sites are available and must also be booked to assure a spot is available for you.
