Henriksen
(Oslo, Denmark)
Bestowed with the
Rank of
Knight of the Serene Order of Leonard
for his foresight of the need to find and integrate foreign workers into the
Danish mainstream workforce that is experiencing an acute shortage of
workers in many sectors. Mr Henriksen, Communications Manager at a large

liberal thinker who is deeply committed to integrating other cultures into
Danish society and through diligent work and persuasion he was able to
convince his employers board that the internal culture of the firm could be
strengthened through a wider and more liberal employment policy, a policy
that was then pursued with conspicuous success, in fact success to such a
degree that wide media attention was drawn to this company's employment policy
which in turn led to the stimulation of political awareness within Danish Culture

have been achieved.
