Australian Election 2013 Concerns 12th August 2013 |

|
Once again many PHR Subjects who are also Australian Citizens, and are residing in Australia, have approached HRH Prince Leonard as Sovereign of the PHR asking that the Government of the PHR again raise matters relating to the still unchanged factors regarding aspects of legality in the fast approaching Australian Election. These dual citizens are tired of matters not being corrected and with yet another Australian Federal Election is about to be held – UNLAWFULLY! The concern arises yet again in the same way as they were raised by the Principality Sovereign on behalf of his people prior to the 2010 Australian Federal Election and include the fact that Britain took British Citizenship off all the people of the British Empire except Britain (this included Australia), on 1st January 1949 and gave them all Citizenship of the Commonwealth of Nations:
Problems continue to remain without change regarding the matter of "Aliens", problems that HRH Prince Leonard raised back at the very beginning of 2007. Whilst he notes that the revised Australian Citizenship Act of 2007 accepts and recognises the loss of peoples Citizenship prior to Jan 01 1949 it does state that many Australians who have lost citizenship under the 1948 Act, plus their children, are “given access to Australian citizenship”. Note the word Access is used – not Granted. This "Access" was in fact there in the first place, ….. it appears nothing has changed! Following the British declaration of 1948, Australia in its Citizenship Act gave citizenship to all those born in Australia on 26th January 1949 onwards. In a subsequent amendment to the Citizenship Act, believed to be in 1975, Australia ceased recognizing “Citizenship of the Commonwealth of Nations”. Hence, it would appear that all who are on the Australian Electoral Roll, having been born before 26th January 1949, must be classified as “Aliens’ since the abovementioned amendment, leaves them Stateless, unless they have applied for and received Australian Citizenship themselves. Whilst this indicates that there are several million “Aliens” on the Australian Electoral Roll, action must be taken to ascertain the legality of any forthcoming Australian Election.
The Governor-General of
Australia, Her Excellency Quentin Bryce was born in Queensland, Australia
though prior to 1949 thus, unless she has sought and obtained Australian
Citizenship is an Alien!.
It is very
much desired by all concerned that these matters should be dealt with, and
corrected where necessary, before an election is held.
These matters have
been raised by HRH Prince Leonard by letters of concern previously and sent
addressed to those who are involved and responsible and once again he has
written to the Governor-General with copies to
Hon. Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister
of the Commonwealth of Australia & END RELEASE!
