Re:  'Office of Registrar of Companies and Banks'
Principality of Hutt River

For general information and dissemination we advise, that as from July 17^th 2008, the Registrar of Companies and Banks Office of the Principality of Hutt River is now situated in the Government Office of the Principality and is currently operated by the Deputy Registrar.

All applications for registration or renewal of  IBC's and  all enquiries regards the registration of companies etc., must now be forwarded to this office, effected from 17^th July, 2008.

Note that no other agents "Authorised or otherwise" can issue or renew any Principality Registrations or licences.
