Dame Stella joined the Legion of Frontiersmen Independent Command, CANADA on 17th April 2009 and was
the Command Minute Secretary up to her moving to a seniors residence in Nipawin approximately one year ago.
Stella was a most loyal member of the Command and had completed 457 duties and increasing at the time of her death.
She was also a very strong supporter of HRH Prince Leonard and the PHR.
Dame Stella was the recipient of the PHR Military Meritorious Conduct Medal, 2 silver bars (400 duties) to her Volunteer Service Medal, LOFICC 5 years Service Badge and was awarded Honorary Life Membership of the Saskatchewan Command.
The condolences of Members of the Saskatchewan Command and the Royal Hutt River Defence Forces,
HRH Prince Leonard and all of us here in the Principality go out to Commissioner, Dame Stella's family and friends.
Dame Stella's input into both the Saskatchewan
Command and the Principality will be sorely missed,
just as she will be sadly missed by all those who knew her or benefited from
her service.
Gone but not forgotten;
Rest in Peace Stella.
