Princess arrives and sets anchor off the foreshore of the City of
Geraldton. Easy small boat ride to the Geraldton small boats Marina inside that sea wall.

Above: Once at anchor the Sun
Princess lowers some of it's boats in order to ferry passengers to
and from shore. The pictures above show the
small boat Marina, City of Geraldton, Western Australia where the
boats bring passenger ashore and return for their visit to Geraldton
and surrounds. You can see in some the orange topped boat
approaching and tying up at the jetty, this is one of the boats from
the Sun Princess used as a ferry. Passengers are greeted at this arrival point and various craft stalls are located on the Marina promenade for passengers to peruse and from here various coaches and shuttles take passengers to various points in the region and return. This visit saw more than 30 passengers come ashore and jump straight onto a waiting Adams twin deck coach with guide head north for afternoon tea in the Principality with HRH Prince Leonard. |
